Recently, we received a request to buy a vital apparatus - an arthroscopic stand and tools (pluckers) to remove fragments from joints (not to cut the joint, but to get the fragments through a small hole). This arthroscopic rack used to be in the hospital, but it was in poor condition, as it had been in operation since 2008, performing operations on a daily basis.
It is worth noting that the hospital is an important structural unit of military medicine, one of the most important military medical institutions in Ukraine. It treats military personnel, veterans of the Armed Forces and all civilian patients. Every year, more than 30,000 patients are treated in the hospital, and almost half a million patients receive medical care on an outpatient basis, with about 12,000 complex surgical operations performed. Currently, there are more than a thousand wounded soldiers there. Doctors perform 10-15 surgeries every day.
So we immediately raised funds and purchased an arthroscopic stand for a military hospital.
Let's take care of those who are giving their lives at the front for a free Ukraine!
